Do I Need To Register My Account?
You will not be required to register account to order our product. But if you register account, you will not to be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Will the sold out profucts be back in stock ?
If an item is marked as ‘Sold Out’, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare the order(Not included Weekends and holidays).
Why didn’t I get an email about my order being shipped?

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives ?

If you received a wrong item, you may contact us by sending a ticket within 30 days of delivery.
Please send us a few photos of the label on the wrong package you received as reference, and the SKUs or the links of the items you should have received.If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.

What material is CHEFMADE bakeware made of?
CHEFMADE bakeware is made with heavy duty carbon steel, which is the material of choice for the professional baker. It offers superior heat transfer, strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. It is strengthened edge to convenient use and avoid warp in high temperature.
What coating does CHEFMADE use the bakewares?
The coating is Food-grade Silicone coating. It is a natural non-stick and non-toxic silicone and non-Teflon, no harmful substance release in high temperature that is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. The non-stick coating fully meet the international environmental protection requirements. The all series of baking molds have FDA certification. The non stick coating lets baked goods release quickly and effortlessly. Simply wipe the surface or wash with warm soapy water. It is completely trustworthy and safe to use.
How should i clean my CHEFMADE bakeware?
Hand wash with a sponge or nylon pad, mild dishwashing soap, and warm water. Avoid using harsh abrasives or steel wool pads as this can harm the non-stick coating and shorten the life of the pan. (CHEFMADE bakeware has a non-stick coating that makes clean up easy and should not require vigorous scrubbing). After cleaning every and thoroughly dry through oven as soon as possible before storing.
How high of a temperature can i bake with my CHEFMADE bakeware?
The carbon steel in CHEFMADE bakeware conducts fast even heat efficiently; we recommend that you pay careful attention to oven temperatures and baking times the first few times you bake. Reduce time and temperature if necessary. Do not exceed 428º F, because it could shorten the life of the nonstick coating for the bakeware.
What type of utensils should i use on my CHEFMADE Items?
We recommend using silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils to scrape food from the pan as this will chip the coating.
How is CHEFMADE bakeware measurements determined?
Our measurement dimensions are calculated by the exterior and surface of the pan. This is a manual measurement, there may be have error measurement value, please understand.
How should i prepare my pan before use?
If you would like to grease or flour your pan before use, we recommend you follow recipe instructions. We do not recommend cooking sprays as they may shorten the life of your non-stick bakeware.
